Tarla Dalal    Hi Neeta, As these sandwiches contain cucumber, it might leave water when it is grilled.. I would advice you to have it without grilling as a cold sandwich.

Cucumber Cottage Cheese Sandwiches. The paneer and cucumber is a great combination of soft and crunchy texture.. Kids just loves paneer, and the green chutney added to the mixture.. Gives a nice chatpata taste..
