If i make potato cutlet previous day and put in fridge becomes soft. How i can i avoid this. Also would paneer cutlet be better if i make it previous day?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Kirti, Coat the potato cutlet in cornflour. Sprinkle little cornflour on the plate and put them in a deep freezer. Remove it just before frying so, that it doesn''t form any moisture around it. Also, you can put them in ziplock and store in the deepfreezer. Paneer cutlet cannot be made on previous day.

Mam! Is this paneer cutlet recipe can be eated by persons who follow Paleo diet?

Tarla Dalal    No, these tikkis are not suitable for those on Paleo Diet as it includes bread and potatoes along with being deep fried.
