Hi! Mam Which butter use in cookies? Salted butter or white butter? Or can we use homemade butter in all cookies?

The perfect recipe for chocolate chip cookies, made it several times and received delightful feedback from kids. Have also engaged them in decorating the cookies which doubles up the fun!
