Can we use onions in this recipe? And how long do the dhebras last for?
| Hide Replies
Tarla Dalal    These dhebras will last for a day. You can add onions, but then you need to serve immediately.

Hello, Had a question..whether can I bake it..what temperature..and duration of time. Thanks

Tarla Dalal    Hi Nazera, We have not tried baking it but alternatively, you can place it on a hot tava (griddle). Cook them on a medium flame using ½ tsp of oil, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.

what else we can use Instead of bajra flour and curd.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Jigna, You can combine jowar and besan flour. Curd helps in binding everything together, we would suggest you do not alter it.
