Ingredients

6 bread slices
1/2 cup sugar
oil to deep fry

for garnishing
6 tsp fresh cream
1 tsp apple jam
1 slice of fresh pineapple
Method


  1. Remove crust from bread slice and cut them in round shape.
  2. Deep fry the slices , till they are light brown in colour.
  3. Heat 1 cup if water and add sugar to it. make one thread sugar syrup.
  4. Immediately after deep frying the slice - deep them into the sugar syrup.
  5. Apply a layer of fresh cream , after removing from syrup.
  6. Garnish with jam . cut the pineapple slice into small 6 pieces and put one piece on each slice.
