  1. Place a crêpe on a serving plate, fold it over and then again fold into half to form a triangle.
  2. Place a scoop of vanilla ice-cream over it.
  3. Drizzle 1 tbsp of hot fudge sauce over it.
  4. Repeat step 1 to 3 to make 4 more crêpes.
  5. Serve immediately.
