Ingredients
50 biscuits , crumbled
5 tsp cocoa powder
powdered sugar
2 tsp melted ghee
3 cups milk
1 tsp baking powder
Method
    Method
  1. Grind the biscuits till they are finely powdered.
  2. Add sugar, ghee, cocoa powder, milk and baking powder, mix well and pour into a mould of your choice or a aluminum tin greased with a little mixture of maida and ghee.
  3. Place a small stand in a pressure cooker, add enough water and place a sieve or perforated plate over it.
  4. Place the mould/ tin on the sieve and pressure cook without the whistle on low flame for about 10 to 15 minutes or till cooked.
