एक विशिष्ट केरेला व्यंजन…बनाने में बेहद आसान, दिखने में बेहतरीन, पौष्टिक और स्वादिष्ट कुछ ऐसी चीज़े हैं जो इस व्यंजन को दर्शाती है। नारीयल से भरपुर, आमतौर पर हमनें यहाँ केवल 2 टेबल-स्पून नारीयल का प्रयोग कर स्वाद बनाये रखा है।
Method- कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करें, उड़द दाल डालकर मध्यम आँच पर १-२ मिनट या उनके सुनहरा होने तक भुन लें।
- प्याज़, हरी मिर्च और कड़ी पत्ते डालकर, बीच-बीच में हिलाते हुए २ मिनट तक भुनें।
- नारीयल डालकर मध्यम आँच पर १ मिनट तक भुनें।
- पत्तागोभी और नमक डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलायें और बीच-बीच में हिलाते हुए, मध्यम आँच पर ४ से ५ मिनट तक पकाऐं।
- गरमा गरम परोसें।

Jus a suggestion.. Cook the cabbage without coconut. pulse the coconut n 1 green chilli in the mixie. Add when the capable is cooked.. Switch of the heat and mix well. This is how we make.
Green chilli more or less according to ur spiceness pref
