Ingredients
1 cup soaked rice
1 sliced capsicum
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
green chilli paste as per taste
a pinch of m.s.g
salt to taste
oil for cooking
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in the pan, add the onions and saute till they turn translucent.
  2. Add the capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cabbage and saute for more 3 minutes.
  4. Add the ginger-garlic paste, green clhilli paste and msg and saute for 1 minutes.
  5. Add the soaked rice, mix well and add enough water and cook till the rice are cooked.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite accompaniment.
