Ingredients
8 bread slices
1 large tomato , chopped
1 onion , chopped
1 capsicum , chopped
1/4 cup grated mozzrella cheese
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
butter to taste
salt to taste
Method
    Method
  1. Spread the butter evenly on one side of the bread slices. Place them on a grill and grill till they turn crisp and golden brown.
  2. Apply a little more butter and ketchup on the other side and spread equal amounts of vegetables, cheese, oregano and basil and sprinkle little salt.
  3. Place them in the microwave grill for and grill for 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
