For Tzatziki Dip
1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 1/4 cups grated dark green cucumber
2 1/2 tbsp finely chopped dill leaves
1 1/2 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
For Serving With Tzatziki Dip
Method
For tzatziki dip
- To make tzatziki dip, combine the cucumber and little salt in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Squeeze out the excess water and place in another deep bowl.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well using a wooden spoon.
- Serve the tzatziki dip chilled with pita bread.
