Bean sprouts tossed in a soya sauce dressing. Love the crunch of bean sprouts. This is a sweet and spicy dressing with the sprouts.

Its a refreshing salad with quite a heavy dose of dressing! Loved the effect of soy and peanuts and the vinegar! Lots of flavour and lots of nuttiness. Nice and simple!
