wow! really a 5 star recipe...my kid goes gaga over this recipe every time i make it. orange and apricot, an unique combination. sweet and tangy both flavours make this cookie a star. i never imagined making cookies was so easy and simple. here it says to use dried apricots chopped but i prefer soaking them first and then add, it comes out well.
