Easy and quick salad recipe. good combination for crisp lettuce, soft cheese and crunchy croutons... I loved it...

This looks great, and here in the USA, I have been getting wheat bread. Let it be 2-3 days old, cut into squares, oil with a bit of olive oil, we get vegetarian parmesan (with Microbial enzymes), and some rosemary, and then put these in the oven for 5-7 minutes (300 F. These are the best croutons and we would just not like any other ready made ones.As for the lettuce, Romaine or Green Leaf is nutritious than plain Iceberg.
