I learnt this recipe from my sister over the phone, as I had to cook this meal for my Mom/Dad, who were not keeping well in Dec, 2012. They loved it, although Mom has been making it in the past. Being a Mom she still insisted that the one I (her son) made was better than hers. Love her So Much.. Very Healthy Dish for people with Diabeties. You can even add in a little Jaggery (Gur).
