Lovely filling of paneer, curds, raisins and condensed milk put on top of a cracker base.
It takes real educated effort to make cheesecake! And its really disappointing if it doesnt work out in the end! But with the help of this recipe, I made a beautiful cheesecakes. The crust was crumbly and buttery! A killer dessert.
