Very tasty recipe. It does take some time to make this recipe but it is worth it.

It was delicious..When you eat, you get the amazing taste of cheese pattice with rice & tomato gravy.. My friends loved it!! M gonna make it again soon..

The recipe was great. Lot of effort but worth the result. My family enjoyed it. The only change that I will make when I cook this the next time is make more gravy.The cheese patties are very tasty.

Though a wonderful novelty dish, I doubt you get this kind of rice served even in Mexican restaurant. Its filling one dish meal, requires little extra effort and time. Pair it with some bean enchiladas and salad and you're all set for Mexican theme party!
