Having heard and read so much about the benefits of Brocolli, it was a must buy ingredient in the veg shopping list...and used to wilt & spoil due to ignorance till I made these easy wheezy very tasty tikkis! Now my comfort level with using brocolli has gone high and I am using it fresh for a healthy zest..Thanks

I must admit that I was a paranoid mummy when it came to 'tiffin' for my 11 & 7 year old. Till I came across the AWESOME recipe slider of Tarla ji for Tiffin Treats for Kids:) A true & wonderful collection...no longer do I have have to worry about receiving a comment on the 'boring' regular plain cheese sandwich again(?) So colourful and simple! This dish was a hit when I tried it the time I started cooking actively 8 years back....circumstances changed at home and I lost touch with cooking.
