Subzi Ka Korma by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed April 03, 2014 by Foodie #610867

100% classic home style recipe... however what appeals me the most about this dish is the minimal use of spices/masalas... as it is rightly said simple is always good...

Methi Paneer Parathas by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed April 02, 2014 by Foodie #610867

great use of the most disliked ingredient METHI... the creamy gooey paneer and the the crisp outer layer of the paratha almost tricked my senses from the bitter taste of the Methi... if this is how methi would be served... i dont see a reason to say a no anymore... enjoy...

Mushroom and Pea Parathas by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed April 02, 2014 by Foodie #610867

Simply delicious... a great variation to the family of parathas.. and an excellent way to trick your child to not just eat but actually relish the peas and mushroom... which they generally run away from... could be a great breakfast option, as an easy to eat packed lunch or even a great evening snack..

A great variation to the regular veg clear soup... I loved the addition of the worcesterchire sauce... and not to forget all the vegetables which even though being a clear soup, they made it quite filling... Slurrrp...
