It is sweet and spicy in taste. The sweetness of the banana is enough in enough to make the salad sweet. Along with bananas, green chillies gives a slight spicy flavour to it.

Kalonji and Saunf gives an intense rajasthani taste to the kachoris. Hot kachoris with tamrind chutney tastes superb.

Chunky type of chutney with elegant flavour of garlic and tomatoes...coriander and spring onion added to the chutney gives a nice flavour...

Not everybody knows health benefits of garden cress seeds....they are excellent source of iron and when you add it in your juice..it just taste amazing..

Waffles using Chickpeas..WOW!!...combo of chickpea and mint makes a lovely breakfast...its little time consuming..but the end product is just amazing...full of fibre and vitamins...

When fresh garlic is season, I always make its chutney. The proportion of ingredients are different than what I usually make, but this too turns to be tasty.

I serve this smoothie with some toast or sandwich for breakfast to my kid and she enjoys to the fullest, though i use mangoes when in season instead of mango pulp.

Bored of carrying methi theplas while travelling, then try this beetroot roti... sesame seeds not only gives crunch but flavour and nutrients as well. Sure to be loved by all.
