Ingredients
1 cup cabbage , cut into 25 mm. (1”) cubes
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
salt to taste

  1. Immerse the cabbage cubes in enough ice-cold water in a deep bowl for 1 hour.
  2. Drain, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  4. Serve chilled.
