  1. To make jhal muri, in a large vessel, 4 cups puffed rice (kurmura).
  2. Add 1 cup navratna chivda.
  3. Add 3 tbsp cup boiled white peas.
  4. Add 2 tbsp boiled chana.
  5. Add ¾ cup boiled potato cubes.
  6. Add ½ cup finely chopped tomatoes.
  7. Add ½ cup finely chopped onions.
  8. Add ½ cup finely chopped cucumber.
  9. Add 3 tbsp fried peanuts.
  10. Add 2 tbsp fresh chopped coconut.
  11. Add 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies.
  12. Add 3 tbsp cup finely chopped coriander (dhania).
  13. Add 2 tbsp jhal muri masala.
  14. Add black salt (sanchal) to taste.
  15. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice.
  16. Add 2 tbsp mustard (rai / sarson) oil.
  17. Toss gently till all the ingredients are mixed well.
  18. Put the bhel in the serving plate.
  19. Add fried masala chana dal.
  20. Garnish with nylon sev. 
  21. Add finely chopped coriander (dhania).
  22. Add papdi.
  23. Serve jhal muri immediately.
