I haven''t cooked suran any time this was the first time I tried this recipe my niece loved it a lot instead of green chillies I used red chili powder and I followed the recipe as it is thanks a ton for this yummy treat

Suran chana dal tikki, Crispy tikkis.. just perfect for a tea time snack.. soft from inside.. with bursting flavours of spices.. This is loved by all.. and the taste of the suran cannot be noticed.. I have loved and enjoyed making this recipe..

This tiki is one of the best I have tasted... From the time I ate a kebab in a 5 star restaurant with yam, I was wondering how to do it. With dal, this is a healthy recipe. Tarla dalal site just has anything and everything one can cook... For a working women like me, post marriage , this site would not only help in making a variety of foods, but also in picking recipes based on quick or pregnancy or diabetic...it brings smiles and appreciations when you bring yummy platter even for diabetic people! Love this site!
