This recipe is untested and unverified. There is no mention of what to do with the carrots and garlic. Somebody please proofread it

There is no mention of the crushed garlic (given in ingredients) in the recipe. 2. Will the lemon juice not curdle the milk?

Tarla Dalal    The crushed garlic has to be added along with tomatoes and other ingredients in the mixer. We have tried this recipe and the milk does not curdle.

A creamy rich soup.. With tomatoes and carrots.. This soup is different in taste.. with a strong flavour of garlic. I really enjoyed this soup..
