Hello, I tried the recipe today exactly as per measurements. But after layering and going to eat I felt rajma gravy is less, curd is sour coz of lemon. Somehow felt the dish was lacking something. What could have gone wrong. How to microwave it. Should hung curd be put later and cheese too after taking out from microwave

Tarla Dalal    This recipe makes use of sour cream, hence the use of lemon juice. Please ensure to use fresh hung curd or if you wish you can reduce the quantity of lemon juice. The best way is to heat up all ingredients as mentioned in the recipe and layer it. However if you wish to microwave do so for 1 minute. You can also add sour cream and cheese before heating in the microwave, but do not cook for more than 1 minute.
