  1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the pasta, milk, salt, pepper, corn and cheese slices, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve immediately with garlic bread.
