Finger-licking fare, this truly is! Succulent cubes of cottage cheese are cooked in a luxurious paste of almonds and onions, along with a horde of spice powders that add a lot of zing to this intensely rich dish.

Although the almond paste seems similar to the cashew-onion paste that is used in a lot of Mughlai dishes, the use of almonds gives it a totally different taste and texture, which sets the Badami Paneer a class apart.

A dash of cream further accentuates the richness of this subzi, making it a perfectly royal treat, which can be cooked easily in the Microwave oven, without any fuss.

The recipe surely looks delicious but I couldn''t make it as it requires a microwave which I don''t have. One suggestion, kindly tag recipes which requires any specific cooking medium like microwave as everybody might not have one. Rest the app and recipes are superb. Kindly add a section of quick and easy recipes for bachelors or single people. Thanks for this mouthwatering app :)

Superb dish! I used only a teaspoon of crushed chilli in the paste and it was enough. My family relished this! Thank you.

CB - really yummy and easy to make! However, I felt the garlic overshadowed the taste of the badam. I would make it next next without garlic and lesser whole red chilli
