  1. Divide the buns horizontally into 2.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Cook the buns for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

How to proceed

  1. On each half bum, put a salad leaf, then a vegetable cutlet. Top with a tomato slice and onion ring. Sprinkle tomato ketcup (and chilli sauce if you like) and cover with the other half bun.
  2. Serve hot in folded paper napkins with potato wafers.

  1. Note : If you do not relish the smell of raw onion, use lightly fried onion rings.
