Veg Cream Cheese Dip recipe - How to make Veg Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients
5 tbsp grated carrot
5 tbsp grated radish (mooli)
2 tbsp finely chopped celery (ajmoda)
1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup fresh curds (dahi)
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes
salt to taste

For The Garnish
1/4 tsp dry red chilli flakes
2 tsp grated carrot
1/2 tsp chopped celery (ajmoda)

For Serving
 cream cracker biscuits
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the paneer and curds and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer the paste into a bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Garnish with dry red chilli flakes, carrots and celery.
  5. Serve chilled with cream cracker biscuits.

This dip is great for all paneer lovers, it is creamy and cheesy with a bit of spice that comes from chilli flakes...I served it with crackers and wafers...

Those who do not like radish will love it in the Veg Cream Cheese Dip.The mild pungent flavour of the radish and the tangy, tart taste of the celery go very well with the cream cheese.
