Healthy recipe.. But it was slightly dry. Will have to modify it next time..
The use of besan as an ingredient for me was the usual Bhajiyas,Dhoklas and Pudlas,never thought of using it for baking. Veg Corn Bake loaded with vegetables is delicious,healthy and quick to make..a must try recipe.
