Ingredients

4 bread slices
2 tbsp butter

For white layer:
1 cheese cube, grated
2 tbsp crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
salt to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to sprinkle

For Green layer:
2 spring onion greens , chopped
1 cup grated cabbage
1 tbsp chopped capsicum (optional)
Green Chutney (recipe below)

For Orange Layer:
1 cup grated carrot
1 tbsp tomato ketchup

For Green Chutney:
1 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
2 green chillies
1 tbsp broken wheat (dalia)
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
Method


  1. Apply salt to grated cabbage & carrots & keep them aside seperately.
  2. Mix grated cheese & paneer & add salt & pepper powder & keep it aside. stuffing for white layer is ready.
  3. Take little butter & add chopped capsicum & spring onion & pepper powder & saute it on high flame for a while.
  4. Now add cabbage after removing excess water by pressing with hand. mix well & the stuffing for green layer is ready.
  5. Add little chopped chillies to the grated carrot, lime juice & mix it well.
  6. Press with hands to remove excess water & keep it aside.
  7. The stuffing for orange layer is ready.
  8. Now take four bread slices & lightly toast them or warm them after buttering on the shallow pan.
  9. Take two slices & apply green chutney. spread the green stuffing over it & cover it with the slice with chutney side facing over stuffing.
  10. On the other side of that slice, spread the white stuffing & cover it with one more slice.
  11. Apply tomchi ketch up on the outer side of the bread slice & spread orange stuffing over it.
  12. Cover it with the last slice with tomchi side on the stuffing.
  13. Cut it into pieces & serve it with chutney or ketch-up if required.

    Green chutney:
  1. Grind, salt, jeera & dalia in the mixer.
  2. Add corriander, lime juice & green chillies in the mixer & blend it to get the chutney.
