Sweet Potatoes with Honey

Simple and filling recipe. Serve it as a salad or snack or dessert.
Method- Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add the milk and bring it to boil. Add paneer and sweet potato pieces, mix well and cook till water evaporates.
- Keep aside and cool.
- Add honey, cardamom powder, cumin seeds powder and mix well.
- In a serving bowl, top it with cheese and tomatoes.
- Serve fresh.
