Add a zest to any meal by serving the easy and tasty Spicy tomato chutney with them. A traditional chutney recipe for Southern India, the tomato chutney has tomatoes blended with salt, garlic, ginger and chillies.
- Grind all the ingredients in a grinder,without adding water.
- Take a pan,add around 3 tbsps of oil.after is it hot,add mustard seeds,methi seeds,heeng powder and turmeric powder.also add the tamarind juice.
- Then keep frying it till the moisture is fully absorbed.finally add the jaggery and voila the chutney is ready to serve.
