Spicy Dosa is prepared from a batter comprising of ground rice and lentils. The dosas are spread on a non stick pan and filled with a spicy masala mix as stuffing. Relish the crisp spicy dosas with coconut chutney.

Method

  1. Soak rice and tur dal previous day or min of 2 hrs and grind it rava mixture consistency by adding water.live it for 12 hrs.
  2. Later put garlic,onions chopped,curd chillies(u get it ready in the shops)channa dal soaked,salt for taste(1tsp)and the dough is ready and is ready to make dosa''s.this dosa is normally pored on a bandli and little thick.

For chutney:

  1. Grind all these 5 ingredients (red chillies,dry coconut,garlic,salt,onion)
  2. And in a bandli put a little oil(2 tbsps)poppey seeds,and put the pasted paste and heat it little and remove it so that the water is exausted,and is ready to eat.
