Ingredients

3/4 cup fresh cream , beaten lightly
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Keep refrigerated and use as required.

Variation : low-fat sour cream
  1. Replace the cream with equal quantity of low-fat cream to make low-fat sour cream.
