Sheera, a sweet, but had as part of breakfast by seasoned mumbaikars. Though high in calories, it is quite low when it comes to the price, at just rs. 7 per plate! you cannot miss the vendors selling sheera in huge stainless steel vessels and returning within an hour after selling every morsel!
