Saatdhan Paratha, seven flours mixed together to beat anemia! This paratha will drive away the anemia induced fatigue and lethargy. Bottle and carrots with spices add taste and flavour to these parathas.

Makes 10 parathas.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough, using water if required.
  2. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions.
  3. Roll out each portion into a circle of 125 mm. (5") diameter using flour to roll the paratha.
  4. Cook each paratha over a tava (griddle) using little ghee till both sides are golden brown in colour.
  5. Serve hot.

This paratha is like all in one paratha...ingredients and nutrient wise..no doubt it has iron..but it is also full of protein, B-complex vitamins and minerals...
