Simple, easy-to-make! unlike the traditional method of making dal using loads of oil or ghee at most of our homes this dal is made without oil and yet it tastes the same. Moong dal is a storehouse of nutrients like protein, calcium, iron, zinc etc, so relish your meal with this guilt-free, nutritious dal and rice and ward off all your worries of putting on those extra kilos.

Spicy moong dal makes a nice healthy zero oil dal. The moong dal has a nice soft mouth feel and there is a nice aroma of garlic.
