Hakka noodles are usually made with oodles of oil and less vegetables. Here, I salute you Tarla Ma'am for making it healthy by adding less noodles, using less oil and adding soo many vegetables. And trust me, it's equally tasty...this recipe is also for those people who wish to lose weight!

Lots of vegetables and smaller proportion of noodles. Perfect for eating healthy. Soya sauce adds that nice tinge.
