This is a delicious and spicy chutney made from red peppers which can be used as a combination with khaman, dhokla, samosa, Thepla, Alu Parathas (almost anything) or use it in falafel
- Slice/cut the bell pepper.
- Cut the green chili.
- Mix all the ingredients in blender cup.
- Blend the mix until it liquifies and jeera is crushed.
- (taste the salt for appropriate taste, add lemon juice if needed)
- Chutney is ready.
- Refrigerate the chutney.
