This is a delicious and spicy chutney made from red peppers which can be used as a combination with khaman, dhokla, samosa, Thepla, Alu Parathas (almost anything) or use it in falafel

Method


  1. Slice/cut the bell pepper.
  2. Cut the green chili.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in blender cup.
  4. Blend the mix until it liquifies and jeera is crushed.
  5. (taste the salt for appropriate taste, add lemon juice if needed)
  6. Chutney is ready.
  7. Refrigerate the chutney.
