Tandoori Gobi Aur Broccoli
by Tarla Dalal

This popular marinade has always been a mystery to most of us who enjoy its piquant blend of spices. Cauliflower and broccoli are smothered in this delectable marinade and grilled. If you like, you can also use paneer instead.

Tandoori Mushrooms
by Tarla Dalal
1 review
Mushrooms are low in calories and are a valuable source of protein. The aroma of these velvety textured mushrooms is simply irresistible. Serve these tandoori mushrooms as starters to a main meal. If you're not very fond of mushrooms, try using low fat paneer, or baby corn pieces instead.

Tasty Masala Vadas
by Tarla Dalal
1 review
Crisp on the outside and soft inside, these south indian vadas served with coconut chutney make a delicious snack. While frying these you have to start with hot oil, and then reduce the flame in order to cook the dal without over browning the outer surface.

Tomato Chutney ( Idli and Dosas)
by Tarla Dalal
2 reviews
A tangy accompaniment, tomato chutney goes well with idli, dosa, appe, and even chapathi or puri. A balanced dose of onion, curry leaves and red chillies gives it a spicy feel that complements bland dishes quite well.
