Makes 3/4 cup.

Ingredients


3/4 cup processed cheese
2 tbsp fresh cream
1 green chilli, chopped
1 tbsp white vinegar
a pinch of salt

Method
  1. Put the cheese, cream and vinegar in a blender and blend. If you find the mixture very stiff, add a little milk.
  2. Remove from the blender, add a pinch of salt and the green chilli.

Tips
  1. Serve cold
  2. VARIATION : Put the same mixture in a microwave oven for 1 minute.
  3. Serve immediately.
