1 tin (400 gm) canned asparagus
3 tbsp grated processed cheese
1/2 cup fresh cream
salt and to taste

Method
    Main procedure
  1. Drain the water from the tin and chop the asparagus.
  2. Blend together the asparagus, cheese, cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate.
  4. Serve chilled.

Rich, thick asparagus dip. fab to have as a starter and my daughters loved it. Goes great with whole wheat bread sticks.
