To prevent "papads" from drying and breaking ,wrap them in a polythene sheet and store along with rice or "dal".
an excellent face pack foe blemishes can be made with grated potatoes and honey.

Ingredients


16 -Prawns
100 ml oil
4 to 5 parsley sprigs, finely chopped

For the Marinade:
100 ml oil
2 tsp (10 ml) mustard (rai / sarson) paste
salt to taste
2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
1 tbsp (15 grams) finely chopped garlic (lehsun)

FOR THE SAUCE:
1/2 cup (120 ml) butter, melted
2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
1 tbsp (15 grams) finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste

Method

  1. Clean,devein,wash and slit the prawns(keeoing the tail intact).mix all the ingredients for the marinade and apply to the prawns.keepaside for 30 mins

To prepare the sauce:

  1. Heat oil ans saute the garlic lightly.add the melted butter and lime juice and check the seasoning.
  2. Heat oil and add the prawns .grill well for six minutes until done and well browned.
  3. Serve the prawns hot on the tawa topped with the sauce,garnished with the chopped parsley and with accompanimentslike sauteed broccoli,babycorn,asparagus and stuffed yellow capsicum.
