Ingredients


1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
3 tbsp roughly chopped coriander (dhania)
12 mm (1/2") piece of ginger (adrak)
crushed ice to serve

Method
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a mixer using little water till smooth.
  2. Strain the juice using a strainer or a muslin cloth.
  3. Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour the juice over it.
  4. Serve immediately.
