Ingredients

2 cups roughly chopped peaches
3/4 cup sugar
1 clove (laung/lavang)
1 small stick cinnamon (dalchini)
1 tsp lemon juice

For Serving
vanilla ice cream

Method

Combine the peaches, sugar, clove, cinnamon and 1 tbsp of water in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a slow flame for 20 to 25 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Add the lemon juice and mix well.
Cool and serve with vanilla ice cream.
