Flavourful red capsicum helps to enhance the taste of any subzi, without the need for too many spices and powders. The paneer and red capsicum subzi too gets an energetic pep-up from the red capsicum, along with a few other simple purees, sauces and powders.

  1. Heat the oil, add the onion paste, tomato puree, chilli-garlic sauce, cumin powder and chilli powder and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the red pepper, paneer, cream and salt and mix well.
  3. Simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
