This chatpata paneer snack tastes a bit like a satay, it tastes a bit like chaat, it is a confusing yet refreshing flavour that will tickle your taste buds pink! crisp-fried paneer is rolled in a tangy masala mix and served on tooth-picks, to the delight of all.
Method- Combine the plain flour, little salt and ¾ cup of water in a bowl and whisk well till no lumps remain. Keep aside.
- Dip the paneer pieces into the batter and deep-fry a few paneer pieces at a time till they are brown in colour.
- Roll them into the prepared masala mixture.
- Put on toothpicks and serve hot.
