Ingredients

Method
  1. Clean and wash the rice. Soak in warm water for about 10 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Combine the oil, onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chilli in glass bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the toamto puree, garam masala, chilli powder, capsicum, salt and rice and mix well. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  4. Add the paneer, 2 cups of hot water and coriander to the rice and mix well. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, stirring twice in between after every 4 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
