Traditional rotis and breads of India differ from region to region. Parathas are different North or down South. This Punjabi paratha tastes very good with the addition of spinach.

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.
  2. Roll out the dough into small rotis with the help of a little flour.
  3. Cook on a tava on both sides lightly.
  4. When you want to serve, cook the parathas on a fire and roast properly on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with butter.

Very tasty and yummy,easy method of preparation with very common but popular ingredients and gives very filling effect,taste and luster wise very tasty,attractive and healthy paratha.Very much ideal for breakfast as well can be served in lunch also.

Whole wheat flour and besan are mixed with Palak and aloo and curds to form a wholesome filling paratha.
